Condé Nast ernennt Roger Lynch zum Chief Executive Officer

Führungskraft mit Teamgeist – Roger Lynch hat Unternehmen erfolgreich durch Veränderungen der Breitband-, Video- und Musikwelt geführt Roger Lynch, früherer CEO von Pandora, wird der erste globale CEO von Condé Nast. Das haben Jonathan Newhouse und Steve Newhouse gestern im Namen des Verwaltungsrats von Condé Nast bekannt gegeben. Lynch nimmt seine Arbeit am 22. April auf und wird künftig außerdem dem Verwaltungsrat des Unternehmens angehören.

Condé Nast Deutschland schickt seine Mode-Experten auf die Fernsehbühne: Ab dem 29. April unterstützen VOGUE-Chefredakteurin Christiane Arp, GLAMOUR-Chefredakteurin Andrea Ketterer, GQ-Chefredakteur Tom Junkersdorf und André Pollmann, Publisher von Condé Nast, den Designer Guido Maria Kretschmer bei einer neuen TV-Show bei VOX.

Jessica Peppel-Schulz wird CEO von Condé Nast Deutschland

Condé Nast International überträgt Jessica Peppel-Schulz die Geschäftsführung für Condé Nast Deutschland. Ihre Arbeit nimmt sie schon am 27. März 2019 auf. Jessica Peppel-Schulz war zuletzt fünf Jahre lang CEO der UDG United Digital Group, einer führenden Digitalagentur in Deutschland. Sie beherrscht Team- und Markenführung genauso wie transformative, digitale Geschäftsstrategien.

GLAMOUR zur Shopping-Week erstmals bei Tchibo erhältlich

Der Countdown zur 25. GLAMOUR Shopping-Week vom 6. bis 14. April beginnt mit der Aprilausgabe von GLAMOUR, die ab 9. März inklusive Shopping-Card im Handel ist. Neu bei der erfolgreichsten Einzelhandelskooperation der deutschen Medienlandschaft ist ein zusätzlicher Vertriebsweg: Erstmals wird die Printausgabe auch bei Tchibo erhältlich sein.

Die überwiegend kostenlosen Audio-Angebote sprechen vor allem junge Nutzer zwischen 21 und 35 Jahren an, wie das Vermarktungsnetzwerk Podstars ermittelt hat.

Comedy-Star Enissa Amani erhält „GLAMOUR loves Characters Award“ München, 11. Februar 2019. Das Fashion- und Beauty-Magazin GLAMOUR verlieh am Donnerstag erneut die GLAMMY Awards. 16 hochrangige Kosmetikmarken wurden mit dem bedeutendsten Branchen-Preis ausgezeichnet. Dem Motto „Planter‘s Punch“ entsprechend zeigte sich das Münchner Botanikum in sattem Grün. Pinke Neonröhren und exotische Pflanzen entführten die knapp 200 Gäste in einen Neon Jungle.

GLAMOUR Beauty Festival

GLAMOUR invites its audience to delve deeply into the latest beauty trends during GLAMOUR Beauty Festival in Munich. Over the course of one weekend, visitors of the festival have the opportunity to meet editorial experts, renowned make-up artists and beauty influencers that provide them with inspiration and beauty advice. Within the first two years, the number of visitors has already doubled to 2,000. The Beauty Festival also marks the beginning of the GLAMOUR Beauty Week where readers are offered exclusive deals and discounts with 26 select luxury beauty brands. GLAMOUR Shopping Week

The GLAMOUR shopping week is the biggest cooperative venture in retailing in the German magazine industry, sending fashion fans into a tizzy of shopping twice a year (April and October) for one week. A GLAMOUR shopping card included with the monthly issue gives readers exclusive benefits with more than 140 partner brands, and at 9,000 participating stores in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Since 2005, Glamour has handed out the GLAMMY once a year - the most important German audience award in the cosmetic industry. Three innovative cosmetic products compete in each of 17 categories, with the winner crowned in a gala celebration. Two further prizes are awarded by the editorial team - the "Editor's Choice" and the "Glamour loves Characters" award.

Since 2013 André Pollmann has been the publisher of Condé Nast Germany. He is responsible for the commercial leadership of all of the company’s brands located in Munich (VOGUE, GLAMOUR, GQ, AD). His career started as a trainee at Axel Springer, before proceeding through several sales posts there for publications such as the car enthusiasts’ magazine Auto Bild and the German Maxim. Pollmann studied international business in Paderborn, Germany and Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Before joining Condé Nast, he held several sales positions at the Hamburg publishing firm Gruner + Jahr, most recently as the general advertising director of the style group (including Brigitte, Gala, Grazia, Schöner Wohnen, Essen & Trinken, among others).

Andrea Ketterer has been the editor-in-chief at German GLAMOUR since 2008. She approaches her role with abundant dedication and a keen eye for the needs of her discriminating, trend-seeking readership. She joined the GLAMOUR editorial staff back in 2004 as the text editor and later the deputy editor. Ketterer has since turned the pocket-sized magazine, literally the smallest in Condé Nast’s German lineup, into one of the most successful fashion and trend publications in the country. Before joining Condé Nast, Ketterer spent more than ten years at MVG Medien Verlagsgesellschaft, where she worked on the team of German Cosmopolitan in roles including section editor and deputy editor, then moved on to become editor-in-chief of Joy.
