Erste Capsule Collection von Veronika Heilbrunner | Deutsches Design und Nachhaltigkeit bei VOGUE Collection im Fokus VOGUE Deutschland erweitert ihr Angebot unter dem Label „VOGUE Collection” um Modekollektionen im Premium-Segment. Dazu arbeitet VOGUE mit ausgewählten nationalen Designern, Künstlern und Persönlichkeiten zusammen, die eine enge Verbindung zur Marke haben. Condé Nast ernennt Roger Lynch zum Chief Executive Officer

Führungskraft mit Teamgeist – Roger Lynch hat Unternehmen erfolgreich durch Veränderungen der Breitband-, Video- und Musikwelt geführt Roger Lynch, früherer CEO von Pandora, wird der erste globale CEO von Condé Nast. Das haben Jonathan Newhouse und Steve Newhouse gestern im Namen des Verwaltungsrats von Condé Nast bekannt gegeben. Lynch nimmt seine Arbeit am 22. April auf und wird künftig außerdem dem Verwaltungsrat des Unternehmens angehören.

Twice a year, this special issue takes a look at VOGUE subjects from a business perspective. VOGUE business features editorial portraits of exceptional women with notable careers. The special issue is published alongside the April and October issues of VOGUE Germany.

Events & Specials


Editor-in-chief Christiane Arp launched the VOGUE Salon, an initiative to support young German designers, in the summer of 2011. Twice a year, the 'VOGUE Salon' is hosted as capsule event within the group presentation of the "Berliner Mode Salon", whose co-founder Christiane Arp is. The 'VOGUE Salon' allows young designers to show off their creativity and their growth over up to four seasons, and to present their collections to leading figures from the fashion industry and to develop their contacts in the retail sector. In the spirit of a sustainable patronisation, Christiane Arp's support extends beyond the presentation at the 'VOGUE Salon'.

Twice a year, this special issue takes a look at VOGUE subjects from a business perspective. VOGUE business features editorial portraits of exceptional women with notable careers. The special issue is published alongside the April and October issues of VOGUE Germany.

VOGUE Digital shines in a new splendor. The digital touchpoint of the beloved brand provides readers with exclusive fashion and lifestyle news in a modern look, as well as it offers a variety of services – for example the VOGUE cover finder with access to an archive of iconic VOGUE covers. Not only the website enables readers to digitally connect with the brand, VOGUE Germany has also launched its first Alexa Skill. With Amazon’s Alexa, users can have their personal daily, weekly or monthly VOGUE horoscope read to them. For those who don’t use the cloud-based voice command, VOGUE offers a Facebook messenger service providing users with their personal horoscope of choice as well.

Since 2013 André Pollmann has been the publisher of Condé Nast Germany. He is responsible for the commercial leadership of all of the company’s brands located in Munich (VOGUE, GLAMOUR, GQ, AD). His career started as a trainee at Axel Springer, before proceeding through several sales posts there for publications such as the car enthusiasts’ magazine Auto Bild and the German Maxim. Pollmann studied international business in Paderborn, Germany and Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Before joining Condé Nast, he held several sales positions at the Hamburg publishing firm Gruner + Jahr, most recently as the general advertising director of the style group (including Brigitte, Gala, Grazia, Schöner Wohnen, Essen & Trinken, among others).

Christiane Arp has been at the helm of VOGUE Germany as editor-in-chief since March 2003 and has rejuvenated the brand’s relevance to international fashion. Alongside her role as editor-in-chief, she has a personal hand as a stylist in many international fashion shoots. While raising the global profile of German VOGUE, Arp has pursued a range of initiatives to promote Germany as a center of fashion. In 2011 she established the VOGUE Salon. The platform showcasing up-and-coming German designers is held twice a year during Berlin Fashion Week. It marks an exclusive capsule event within the framework of the “Berliner Salon”, whose co-initiator Christiane Arp is. Furthermore, she is president and founding member of the Fashion Council Germany. The FCG is an initiative of leading national experts that campaigns to promote German fashion design as a cultural and economic asset both nationally and internationally. Christiane Arp studied fashion design at the Hamburg University of Design before launching her magazine career at the likes of Brigitte and Viva. She went on to oversee the fashion and lifestyle sections at Stern and played a leading role as fashion director in developing Amica magazine.
